The people who make Ocala Car Audio a family

Parish Tanner –

Tanner Family

  • Parish has been involved with music, in one way or another, his whole life. Whether it was running the sound board at church events in his early teenage years or becoming a DJ for a local Top 40 radio station later on, Parish was hooked on the pursuit of great sound. As a very hands-on guy, it’s no surprise the pursuit of great sound intersected with cars as well. After leaving the Navy, Parish put down roots in Florida near family and began working as an installation technician in 1995. “I figured I’d decide what I wanted to do with my life” comments Parish. Like many installation technicians turned shop owners with lots of other industry experience along the way, Parish has been in car audio every since and now co-owns Ocala Car Audio. When not working, Parish values family time with his wife and children, particularly with church and school related activities. Musically, Parish enjoys Jack Johnson, Kid Rock and Gorilla Zoe as some of his go to favorites. Parish and TJ started the Ocala Car Audio Family in 2009
